MARK has secured three new tenants at its 160,000 sq ft mixed-use Borough Yards development in London.
Ted Baker-owned barbers Ted’s Grooming Room and skin specialists re:lax bolster Borough Yard’s beauty offer and West African-inspired restaurant Akara is due to open later this month.
Lily Lin, managing director for UK and Ireland at MARK, said: “The arrival of these three new signings in Borough Yards demonstrates the scheme’s dynamism in welcoming some of London’s best-loved independent brands while nurturing up-and-coming retailers. Accompanied by a string of pop-up art installations this autumn, the area is cementing itself as a go-to cultural hotspot.”
