McLaren Property has appointed Jon Mangham as construction director responsible for overseeing a growing number of development opportunities in the North.
Mangham, who has more than 35 years of construction industry experience, joins McLaren from Equans, part of Bouygue, where he was a regional director.
Prior to that, he worked for Wates Construction, Willmott Dixon Construction, Shepherd Construction and Costain Construction.
In his new role, he joins McLaren’s construction delivery team, reporting to Matthew Cova, managing director – delivery, and will work alongside construction directors Mark Tunstall and Rob Auld.

“The expanded team will support the growth and delivery of our exciting pipeline of projects across the whole of the UK, strengthen our capability in delivery and bringing forward £5.5bn of student accommodation, build-to-rent homes, mixed-use town centre redevelopments and city centre regeneration.”
