North West-based retail and leisure leasing and commercial investment agency Metis Real Estate (Metis) has expanded its team, hiring three graduates and creating a new director role.
Graduates Max Woolstencroft, Charley Foster and Luc Hogan were appointed following a rigorous interview process and the Metis team will now support their training and development and help them to pass their final APC assessments to become chartered surveyors.
Metis has also promoted Luke Nicholson to director, working across retail and leisure.
