Build-to-rent (BTR) developer, investor and operator PLATFORM_ has secured planning permission to deliver 355 BTR apartments in Milton Keynes city centre.
The 20-storey scheme, which is located on the central spine road of Midsummer Boulevard, will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, more than 8,000 sq ft of resident amenities, including a cinema room, gym and bar, 7,500 sq ft of landscaped terraces and a flexible 2,600 sq ft commercial offering.
The planning approval includes an agreement for PLATFORM_ to make contributions to Milton Keynes City Council of £5.7m, including an affordable housing contribution of £3.9m to support the council’s delivery of its affordable housing targets.
