A private investor has bought the 30,284 sq ft Avalon House office building in Milton Keynes for £4m.
The building, which is located at Saxon Street, Linford Wood, has two wings of open-plan offices around a central reception area, with 90 parking spaces.
Matt Bowen, partner and head of commercial agency at Kirkby Diamond in Milton Keynes, who acted on behalf of the private vendor, said: “Avalon House is an excellent office building which represented a wonderful investment opportunity. Properties such as this come on to the market infrequently and we therefore expected a great deal of interest from investors and owner-occupiers and we were not disappointed. We were very pleased to be able to conclude a deal on behalf of our client for the sum of £4m.”
