London-based real estate investment and asset management firm Mago Capital has acquired the Oakdene Parade in Cobham, Surrey, for £40m from Conegate.

The 2.1-acre town centre parade comprises 21 retail and restaurant units, with 22 residential flats above, and is anchored by Waitrose.

The purchase marks Mago’s first acquisition outside London and follows its recent purchases of West End Quay in Paddington, the Notting Hill Gate Estate and 129-137 Kensington High Street.

Investmark advised Mago Capital on the acquisition, alongside Freedman + Hilmi. White Druce & Brown and Shoosmiths acted on behalf of the vendor.
