Morgan Capital has received planning permission for the comprehensive refurbishment of the seven-storey, 25 Hanover Square office building in Mayfair.
Westminster City Council approved the plans, designed by architects, interior designers and workplace experts Basha-Franklin, which include the creation of a new entrance and reception at ground level, premium workspace and a reconfigured terrace on the seventh floor overlooking the square.
Much of the existing structure will be retained, the building’s original materials will be reused and re-purposed, and sustainable, high-performance materials will be used throughout.

Work is due to commence on-site before the end of the year and completion is scheduled for late 2024.
