Mountpark has appointed Tom Mills from CBRE as director for capital markets.
Mills, who has spent more than a decade specialising in industrial and logistics capital markets across Europe, was a director at CBRE, European capital markets industrial and logistics, advising on acquisitions, funding and disposals across the full development lifecycle.
In his new role, he will grow Mountpark’s capital markets activity from the principal side. His remit also includes capital raising and the origination of joint venture and co-investment structures. In addition, he will support disposal strategies once projects reach business plan targets and play a key role in discussions with joint venture capital partners
