The Haberdashers’ Company has appointed MAPP to provide property and facilities management services across a retail and office portfolio in Central London.
MAPP will deliver a suite of property management services focused on optimising asset and commercial performance, operational efficiency and occupier experience.
The instruction covers a range of assets including a freehold interest in Gresham Street near St Paul’s, retail units on West Smithfield and 25–27 Hosier Lane in Farringdon (pictured) – a 20,000 sq ft office building currently undergoing refurbishment. MAPP is also providing consultancy and mobilisation services on the Hosier Lane scheme.
Louise Bonham, chief executive officer of MAPP, said: “We are delighted to be working with the Haberdashers’ Company, an organisation whose values and sense of purpose strongly align with our own. As a B Corp, we are committed to delivering positive impact beyond the buildings we manage, and this appointment reflects a shared ambition to create long-term value for both occupiers and the wider community.
“Expanding our presence within the livery sector is particularly meaningful for us. These organisations combine heritage and philanthropy and require a property partner that understands how to balance historic significance with modern operational performance and regulatory requirements. Our experience managing mixed-use and landmark London assets enables us to provide that specialist support while maintaining a strong focus on quality, social value and operational harmony.”
