Specialist primary care and education property consultancy MPC has appointed Paula Mace as director.
Mace, who has more than 20 years’ experience specialising in primary care and medical premises across the UK, was formerly head of healthcare at Aitchison Raffety (now Graham + Sibbald), where she led a national team of specialists acting for clients across both the public and private sectors.
In her new role, she will head up MPC’s valuation division with a particular focus on growing the firm’s offer in the secured lending and portfolio valuation space.
Mace (pictured) said: “I am delighted to be joining MPC at such an exciting time for both the business and the wider primary care property market. MPC has built a strong and well respected reputation in the sector, and I am looking forward to contributing to that by building out a best-in-class valuation capability – particularly as demand from lenders and investors in this space continues to grow. I look forward to working alongside the team and bringing fresh opportunities to our clients.”
Rob Hearle, director at MPC, added: “Paula’s appointment is a real statement of intent for MPC. Her credentials in valuation and dispute resolution are exceptional, and her arrival significantly enhances what we are able to offer clients across the full spectrum of primary care property advice. This is exactly the kind of senior hire that reflects our ambition to be the definitive go-to consultancy in this market.”
George Todrick, director at MPC, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Paula to the team. At MPC our commitment has always been to provide the very best service and advice in the primary care property sector, and securing someone of Paula’s calibre and experience is a clear demonstration of that. This appointment, alongside the other key hires we have been making, underlines our confidence in the market and our determination to continue growing the business in a way that puts our clients first.”
