Munroe K has submitted a planning application to Leeds City Council for the new 145,000 sq ft Station Plaza office development at White Rose Park.
The masterplan for Station Plaza, which fronts the new White Rose Railway Station scheduled to open in spring next year, incorporates three buildings – two buildings totalling 100,000 sq ft spread over two wings and interconnected with a shared atrium, and a separate 45,000 sq ft building.
Munroe K is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5-star rating for the development, which will be carbon neutral in operation.
White Rose Park comprises more than 550,000 sq ft of offices across nine buildings. There is currently only 12,000 sq ft of office space available at the park.
