Muse has expanded its North West team with six new hires. James Alderson has joined the business as project director, Nathan Chase and Nick Self have joined Muse as senior project managers, Ben Taylor and Jake Hall have been appointed assistant project managers and Jokotola Adenuga has been appointed graduate development manager.
Alderson has more than 37 years’ experience in the built environment sector and most recently served as project director on the £120m Stopford Park regeneration in Stockport. Prior to that, he held senior roles with Cityheart, Investar Property Group, Mulbury, Arcadis and Grosvenor.
Chase rejoins Muse having previously worked for the business before most recently leading major capital investment projects for MBDA UK. Self has more than a decade of experience in the property industry and most recently worked for Peabody Group in London where he helped deliver hundreds of new homes in Thamesmead.
Taylor joins Muse from Renaker, Hall has made the switch to the business from Scarborough Group International and Adenuga securing a first class honours degree in urban planning and real estate from University College London.
