Native Land has agreed a deal to purchase the freehold of a 0.5-acre site in London’s Belgravia from Grosvenor for an undisclosed price.
Native Land intends to transform the site, which comprises Kilmuir House and the adjoining 62 South Eaton Place, into a new super-prime residential development.
Designed by Pilbrow & Partners, the fully-consented new-build development will provide 56 private residences of varying sizes, alongside four affordable homes on South Eaton Place.
The on-site amenity provision will include a fully equipped gym and spa, swimming pool, meeting rooms and resident’s lounge, managed car parking and storage facilities. The building will also feature extensive private terraces and communal residents’ gardens.
