Global Holdings Management Group has let the 35,756 sq ft Barge Crescent office scheme on London’s South Bank to multidisciplinary design consultancy BDP.
The letting follows Global Holdings Management Group’s comprehensive redevelopment of the 1990s, three-storey office building. The all-electric building has secured EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings.

USP is the retained leasing agent for Barge Crescent and BDP was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
