Fareham Borough Council has approved plans to deliver more than 100 new homes as part of the first phase of the Welborne garden village development in Fareham, Hampshire.
Housebuilder CG Fry & Son will deliver 111 properties as part of a joint venture with Welborne’s master developer Buckland Group.
The homes will be built in a range of different sizes – from one- to five-bedroom – at the western end of the Dashwood neighbourhood.
