Newmark has bolstered its business rates team by hiring Matthew Dolben as partner and Magdalena Singh as associate.
Dolben and Singh, who join Newmark from BNP Paribas Real Estate, will be based in the firm’s Birmingham office.
Dolben, who has more than 20 years of industry experience, specialises in licensed leisure properties including pubs, bars and hotels. Singh has more than eight years of experience, with a strong focus on the licensed leisure sector.
