McLaren Living and Heim Global Investor have teamed up to deliver a £130m build-to-rent (BTR) scheme in Birmingham.
The 456-home Oasis development on Kent Street is Heim Global Investor and McLaren Living’s second partnership following the Water Lane development in Leeds.
Oasis will provide one- and two-bedroom homes along with a gym, residents’ lounge and co-working space.
The 11-storey development is being forward-funded by Heim with McLaren Living acting as the developer and Winvic as contractor.
