Newmark has appointed Richard Baldwin from Avison Young as a partner in its UK leisure team.
Baldwin, who has more than 25 years of experience, was a director in the leisure team at Avison Young and prior to that he worked for Rural Solutions and GVA. In his new role, he will be based in Leeds and operate across the country.
