Newmark has bolstered its leisure team by hiring Carys Chandler and Leo Llewellyn from Avison Young.
Chandler (pictured), who has joined the firm as a partner, has extensive experience in valuing a broad range of assets including holiday parks and residential caravan parks across the UK.
Llewelyn, who has been appointed as an associate, specialises in valuation and agency services across a diverse leisure portfolio, including licensed leisure, hotels, caravan parks, historic venues, visitor attractions and sports stadiums.
