The freehold of Patchings Art Centre in Calverton, Nottinghamshire, has been put up for sale for £2.5m+.
The centre comprises a collection of traditional 19th century brick built buildings set within 42 acres of landscaped grounds with a lake.
The buildings on site include a visitor centre with two exhibition galleries and a 70 cover café, reception and art shop, farmhouse gift shop, log pavilion, log cabin, pavilion chalet, Patchings cottage and annex.
The property is located opposite Ramsdale Park Golf Centre and occupies a prominent position fronting onto Oxton Road.
