Hospitality operator NUMA Group has added three new properties to its UK portfolio.
In London, the company will operate a redeveloped former convent, which provides 30 units, and in Edinburgh NUMA has expanded its footprint with two prime properties owned by HUB (London).
The first scheme, at 23 Water Street in Leith (pictured), will offer 45 units in the city’s waterfront district, and the second property, at 11-15 Thistle Street, will provide 72 units in Edinburgh’s New Town.
All three buildings will operate under the Native brand, which was acquired by NUMA last year.
