Nuveen has sold the OMNi Edinburgh leisure scheme for £64m to Triple B International.
The 219,727 sq ft complex, which is located at the top of Leith Walk in the city centre, comprises a Vue cinema, health club, a 77-bedroom boutique hotel, car park and F&B space.
It was reported late last year that the centre had been put on the market with an asking price of £65m.
The leisure destination attracted 4.2 million visitors last year – the largest annual footfall since the complex opened in 2002 and a 32% increase on the pre-pandemic footfall figure recorded in 2019.
Nuveen was advised by JLL’s retail and leisure capital markets team.
