Cala Homes (West) has secured planning consent for a residential-led development in the Barrhead area of East Renfrewshire.
The development, which will offer 346 new homes, will be constructed on land allocated for housing by the local authority adjacent to Balgraystone Road and Springfield Road.
In addition to the new homes, which range from two-bed starter houses to five-bedroom villas, the plans for the site also include the provision of a neighbourhood retail facility.

Groundworks are due to commence in Autumn 2024 and the first homes are scheduled to be released for sale in spring 2025.
