Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) has appointed Avison Young to provide property management services on a three-year contract.
The company will manage a diverse range of assets acquired by OPDC, which will form part of the wider Old Oak regeneration scheme spanning land in Ealing, Brent and Hammersmith & Fulham.
Avison Young’s role will also include advising on statutory obligations, maximising rental income and exploring options for meanwhile use.
