Orchard Street Investment Management has completed two lettings totalling 3,5000 sq ft at its newly refurbished Three Arlington Square office building in Bracknell.

General Electric is taking circa 2,080 sq ft on a two-year lease on the fourth floor and recruitment consultancy Tiro Partners is taking 1,400 sq ft on a five-year lease, also on the fourth floor.

The comprehensive refurbishment of Three Arlington Square included the installation of a new triple-height reception and 4,000 sq ft of fitted and furnished Cat-B workspace areas across the fourth floor.

In the coming months, Orchard Street intends to upgrade a further 27,000 sq ft of workspace across the property’s ground and third floor.

Josh Quinton-Smith, asset manager at Orchard Street, said: “The newly refurbished plug and play space at Three Arlington Square excellently reflects the latest ways in which occupiers want to work together in a new hybrid environment. These two lettings, signed in quick succession, are testament to both the resilience of the South East office market and the continued appeal of well-designed, high-quality offices in strategic locations.”

Kevin Slaughter, finance director at GE Verona, said: “We are thrilled to have moved into our new home. The brand new high quality office suite which has just been created provides us with the perfect environment for our business to flourish and adapt as needed. The suite provides us with the space to connect, collaborate and socialize with colleagues across our company.”

Casey Reid, operations manager at Tiro Partners, added: “We are delighted with our new office space in Three Arlington Square. It is immaculate and provides everything we need to flourish. We are looking forward to our journey here.”

Vail Williams and Hanover Green acted as the joint letting agents for Orchard Street.
