Padrock has let two units at the 225,340 sq ft Hertford Logistics Hub to Pellenc ST and Vision Group.
Recycling technology manufacturer Pellenc ST has taken 8,290 sq ft and will run a demonstration, testing and training facility for its technology from the unit, and workplace technology provider Vision Group has signed for a 9,890 sq ft unit. Both occupiers have agreed 10-year leases on the units.
The £75m Hertford Logistics Hub has been developed on an 11-acre brownfield site and comprises 16 urban multi-let industrial and logistics units.
Jamie Young, investment and development manager at Padrock, said: “Pellenc ST and Vision are both growing businesses that needed high-specification, sustainable accommodation in order to expand. Hertford Logistics Hub provides both companies with that requirement, in a location which has fast access to excellent transport links to the wider region and beyond. We have a variety of local and international occupiers at Hertford Logistics Hub from a range of sectors.
“This ably demonstrates the flexibility of our units, and our ability to work closely with different types of organisations to provide them with the ideal space required to achieve their business objectives. Demand for the remaining space remains high. We are in advanced discussions with a number of other prospective tenants for Hertford Logistics Hub which we will announce in due course.”
The agents for Hertford Logistics Hub are M1 Agency and Paul Wallace Commercial.
