A part-built residential development in Acton, West London, has been put up for sale for circa £2m.
Watling Real Estate has been appointed to sell the freehold property at 34 Creswick Road in Acton on behalf of the LPA receivers.
The development comprises six two-bedroomed apartments ranging from approximately 710 sq ft to 915 sq ft and two one-bedroomed apartments extending to approximately 452 sq ft and 463 sq ft.
Tom Colyer, associate director in Watling Real Estate’s London office, said: “This is a highly attractive opportunity to acquire a consented residential development in a well-established residential location. With demolition and basement works already completed, the scheme offers a valuable head start for a developer looking to deliver high quality new homes.
“The property has planning permission for eight residential apartments which have already been part-constructed. The approved scheme extends to a gross internal area of approximately 6,577 sq ft and is set to include six two-bedroomed and two one-bedroomed apartments. There has already been significant development expenditure, with the existing dwelling demolished, a reinforced concrete basement structure completed, and a Community Infrastructure Levy paid in full.
“The development has been approved to be arranged over the basement, ground, first and loft levels, providing well-proportioned accommodation suited to both owner-occupiers and the private rental market. The consented scheme has been designed to deliver a high-quality residential development within an attractive detached building, with cycle storage, refuse facilities and landscaped external areas. The apartment mix is considered well-suited to the strong residential demand evident throughout Acton and the wider West London market.”
