Zenith Real Estate Partners has let 4,618 sq ft on part of the second floor of The Apiary office building on Deansgate in Manchester city centre to personal lines insurer Ageas UK.

Zenith delivered a turnkey solution as part of the agreement, enabling Ageas to occupy space that is fully fitted and ready for immediate use. The Apiary, which provides approximately 50,000 sq ft of office accommodation, overlooks Parsonage Gardens and underwent a comprehensive refurbishment programme in 2025.

Suites of approximately 3,000 sq ft to 9,062 sq ft are available on the first and third floors of the building, which are capable of being split to suit occupier requirements.

Oliver Luckman, from the office agency team at Savills Manchester, which acted for the landlord on the letting, said: “This is a great result for our clients following the refurbishment and rebrand of The Apiary last year. The building continues to attract high quality businesses such as Ageas, and we look forward to announcing more tenants shortly as we build on the momentum.”
