Chartway Partnerships Group (Chartway) in partnership with MTP Developments and housing association VIVID, has entered into a contract to deliver 149 new homes at Green Lane in Chertsey, Surrey.
The development, which has already secured detailed permission consent, will see a 7.2-hectare site transformed into a new neighbourhood providing a mix of private sale, affordable rent and shared ownership homes.
Construction is expected to commence in mid-2026 with Chartway leading delivery on site. The site has been acquired from MTP Developments.
Oliver Jolley, chief development officer at Chartway, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be delivering our first project with VIVID. This development in Chertsey will deliver a high quality mix of private and affordable homes, alongside vital community and green infrastructure. It represents the shared vision between Chartway and VIVID to provide sustainable, inclusive housing that meets the needs of local people.”
Tristan Samuels, group development and new business director at VIVID, added: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Chartway on this new development in Chertsey.
