Workspace provider Patch has agreed a deal to open a 17,000 sq ft flagship site at The Forum in Gloucester this winter.
Patch Gloucester, which is the company’s sixth and largest site, will host more than 100 businesses and 500 members. The site will offer private offices, co-working studios, dedicated desks and members’ lounges.
The Forum is a £107m mixed-used development being brought forward by Gloucester City Council in partnership with Reef + Partners. The development will provide 135,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, a boutique hotel, residential apartments and retail space.
