PATRIZIA has appointed former government adviser Gus Wiseman as director, UK product.
Wiseman, who will be based in London, most recently served as global head of investor relations at the Office for Investment – a joint unit of No.10, HM Treasury and the Department for Business and Trade.
At PATRIZIA, Wiseman will support the firm’s UK capital development strategy, working alongside senior leadership to expand relationships with domestic and international investors and identify new sources of long-term capital. He will also deploy his deep understanding of government, public policy and regulatory frameworks to support strategic engagement across the UK investment ecosystem.
