PATRIZIA has appointed Ker Gilchrist as head of investment management UK.
Gilchrist, who has more than 30 years of experience in UK real estate and capital markets, most recently served as managing partner at BentallGreenOak (BGO) where he led the investment strategy for Welput. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Quintain, Knight Frank, Savills and JLL.
In his new role, Gilchrist will lead PATRIZIA’s UK investment platform, representing the business externally and overseeing investment strategy.
