PATRIZIA has pre-let 81,000 sq ft at 40 Grosvenor Place in London to Cleveland Clinic London for a new state-of-the-art cancer treatment centre.
The new facility, which will expand Cleveland Clinic’s existing footprint at the site, will span seven floors and deliver advanced cancer services including systemic therapies and radiotherapy, in addition to a range of outpatient care.
Christie Wright, co-head of investment management at PATRIZIA, said: “Securing Cleveland Clinic’s new cancer centre at 40 Grosvenor Place is a landmark moment in the transformation of this asset. Delivering space for such a highly specialised clinical use demonstrates the depth of our asset management expertise and the adaptability of our design strategy. It also reinforces the long-term value of central London real estate when aligned to world-class occupiers and essential services.”
A remaining 81,000 sq ft of offices at 40 Grosvenor Place are being marketed by Knight Frank and CBRE.
