Joint venture partners J Group and Woolbro Group have put the freehold of a consented purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Leyton up for sale for offers in excess of £10.5m.
The 0.8-acre site, which is located at 806 High Road in the heart of Leyton, recently secured a resolution to grant planning consent for a 261-bed PBSA scheme.
The onsite amenity provision at the scheme will include a gaming room, cinema, videocall/podcast pods and music rehearsal booths.
