Law firm Macfarlanes has signed for 11,000 sq ft at BauMont Real Estate Capital and YardNine’s Edenica office development in the City of London.
Following completion of the deal, the 90,000 sq ft Grade A office building is nearly 65% full. The building has earned a WiredScore Platinum rating and BauMont and YardNine are targeting BREEAM Outstanding certification for the scheme.
Maxwell Shand, director of YardNine, said: “We are pleased to welcome Macfarlanes to Edenica. Securing such a well-regarded occupier is a strong endorsement of the building’s quality and appeal. With occupancy now approaching 65% shortly after completion, this letting demonstrates Edenica’s ability to attract a diverse range of tenants seeking high-quality, sustainable, and flexible office space in the heart of the City.”
Knight Frank and RX London advised YardNine and Cushman & Wakefield advised Macfarlanes.
