Persimmon Homes Suffolk has acquired a residential development site at Henley Gate in Ipswich from Crest Nicholson for an undisclosed price.
The housebuilder intends to deliver 465 new homes on the site and plans to submit a planning application confirming the final details early next year.

Crest Nicholson has done an excellent job with placemaking and ensuring Henley Gate is an attractive place to live. We are excited to play our part in delivering on this vision.”
