Social enterprise Places for People has acquired a residential development site in Shepshed, near Loughborough, from Godwin Developments for an undisclosed price.
Places for People will deliver more than 50 new affordable two- to four-bedroom homes on the site, with residents able to move in from 2024. The homes will be offered for rent or to buy through the government-backed shared ownership scheme.
