Furniture logistics business De Girolami has leased the newly refurbished, 18,000 sq ft Unit 3 Central Avenue in West Moseley from Logicor.
De Girolami has signed a 10-year lease on the space, which is located on the outskirts of London within easy reach of the A3, M3 and the wider motorway network. Logicor said the letting was its 100th of 2023 to date.

This newly refurbished and carbon efficient unit offers the perfect space to support its sustainable commitments whilst increasing connectivity to customers.”
