Morris Homes has secured planning consent to develop 290 homes at Sysonby Farm in Melton Mowbray.
Situated off the Melton Mowbray Distributor Road with access via Nottingham Road, the site will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties.
The development will be designed to respect the setting of the Grade II listed Sysonby Hunting Lodge, which sits to the south of the site.
