Singaporean property investor and developer Ho Bee Land has secured planning consent for the deep retrofit of 1 St Martin’s Le Grand in the City of London.
The refurbishment and extension of the cornerstone building will deliver 320,000 sq ft of office space over 13 storeys and offer floor plates of more than 30,000 sq ft.
At ground and basement levels, the building will provide a wide range of amenities and facilities for tenants. Ho Bee Land is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, net carbon in operation and WELL Platinum accreditation for the project.

The project team includes architecture practice Orms and Avison Young, which is acting as town planning advisors.
