Manner has submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of The Hotspur Press site on Cambridge Square in Manchester city centre.
The proposed scheme, which will preserve much of the building’s brick façade, includes 36-storeys of student accommodation, a new public square and connected public realm improvements.
The 578-bed scheme has been designed by Hodder + Partners with Macgregor Smith advising on landscape design and Turley acting as planning consultant.
Manner will work with Fresh Student Living who are preparing a bespoke management plan for the proposed scheme.
