Dynasty Estates has bought two inter-linked industrial units in Huntingdon from Lil Packaging for £2.85m.
Units 8 and 9 Glebe Road offer 51,927 sq ft and are connected by a tunnel which allows the movement of goods between units. Unit 8 is split into two sections and unit 9 was recently refurbished.
Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, which acted on behalf of Lil Packaging, said: “We are pleased to have completed the sale of units 8 and 9 Glebe Road. The site is located in a well-established industrial area, and is an ideal location for Vinsani Holdings to continue to grow and service their customers.”
Following the sale, part of unit 9 comprising 9,773 sq ft, is available to rent through Savills.
