Plant-based food restaurant Holy Carrot is seeking a permanent home following a successful trial in Knightsbridge.
The restaurant, which operates a ‘peel to root’ approach, ensuring no part of the vegetable is wasted, is looking for a Central London site of more than 2,500 sq ft, over a maximum of two floors with outside seating.
Possible locations include Chelsea, Marylebone, Soho, Bloomsbury, Notting Hill and Islington. Holy Carrot will consider freehold or leasehold sites.
Richard Wassell at twentyretail, who has been appointed to lead the search, said: “We are very fortunate to advise some of the best restaurants in London and I am delighted to be working with Irina and Roman [from Holy Carrot] to identify a new site, after a really popular trial in Knightsbridge, because they are a wonderful all-day plant-based restaurant, and the majority of the dishes are gluten-free, refined sugar free and no preservatives.
