Gateley Legal has expanded its Manchester-based specialist residential development team.
The firm, which acts for 18 of the top 20 housebuilders in the UK and handles approximately 15,000 plot sales per annum, now has a nine-strong team in the North West, headed up by partner Louise IIhan, thanks to the recent addition to the senior team of Leanne Murray and Nick Molloy.
