Prologis UK has let a 164,103 sq ft unit to Top Cloud Logistics (TopCloud) at Prologis Park Midpoint in Birmingham.
The Chinese e-tailer has signed a 15-year lease on the DC6 logistics facility, which offers fast access to the M6 and national motorway network. The facility has achieved an EPC A+ rating and BREEAM Excellent certification and, following completion of the deal, Prologis Park Midpoint is now fully let.
Prologis UK has also let a 62,537 sq ft unit on a 10-year lease at nearby Prologis Park Bromford Gate to a high-tech vertical farming company.
