Global publishing company Thames & Hudson has signed for 15,000 sq ft of office space at the recently refurbished 6-24 Britannia Street in London’s King’s Cross.
The company has signed a 10-year lease at the building, which is owned by Clearbell UK Strategic Trust – a trust advised by Clearbell Capital. Designed by Stanton Williams, the extensive refurbishment of the asset has modernised and enhanced its functionality and amenities.
