Qube, the members’ studio for musicians, podcasters and content creators, has signed for 10,500 sq ft at Lendlease’s Elephant Park scheme for its fourth location in London.
The new space will offer high-end studios for music production or content creation and will also house office suites and a co-working area that transforms into a bar and DJ booth.
Qube’s Elephant Park site will also feature a separate event space and DJ studio overlooking the bar, which will be available for private parties of up to 20 people.
Guy Thomas, head of retail and place assets at Lendlease, said: “Qube will bring something completely different to the table, an offer that we’re really excited to have at Elephant Park. Creativity and community are built into our history here – we created kiosks for local projects as part of the Sayer Street meanwhile use, and before a brick was laid we had a range of small businesses on-site through Artworks Elephant, a shipping container creative community. With unique features, on top of the studios and offices, Qube complements Elephant Park perfectly, as we deliver for everyone who visits, works here, or calls it home.”
Amin Hamzianpour, co-founder at Qube, added: “We’re thrilled to finally bring Qube to South London’s incredibly talented and diverse creative community. Our ambition is for Qube Elephant to be a launchpad for thousands of forward-thinking creators over the coming decades. And most importantly, a sanctuary for creative expression.”
Savills, CF Commercial, and Shelley Sandzer represented Lendlease.
