Sustainability-focused engineering and consultancy company Ramboll has agreed a five-year lease on 4,415 sq ft of space at Royal London Asset Management’s No 1 Distillery scheme in Bristol.
The company intends to relocate from its current home at 40 Queen Square in the city in November and will join the likes of Clyde & Co, PA Consulting and Canada Life in the building.
The Distillery has now reached 90% occupancy and, as a result, Royal London Asset Management intends to submit proposals for the construction of 3 The Distillery, which will offer more than 130,000 sq ft of office space.
