Rankeilour Properties appoints industry veteran as non-executive chairman

Rankeilour Properties  has appointed industry veteran Valentine Beresford as non-executive chairman of the company’s new UK warehouse fund.

Valentine, who was a co-founder of LondonMetric Property and recently retired from the role of investment director at the FTSE 100 listed company, has more than 35 years of property industry experience at senior management and plc board level.

Rankeilour’s new fund is currently raising capital to invest in industrial assets in Scotland and Northern England and is scheduled to launch in July 2026.

Edinburgh-based Rankeilour Properties was established in 2016 to manage real estate assets on behalf of private family offices and high net worth investors.
