Rapleys makes series of promotions across the business

Strategic property consultancy Rapleys has made a series of promotions across the business.

The promotions include a number of ‘head of’ roles including Simon Harbour (pictured) who becomes national head of building consultancy and Daniel Cook who has been promoted to the role of head of commercial.

Further senior promotions include: James Porter (national head of building surveying); Jason Mound (national head of projects); and Chris Perrotton (director of operations).

Victoria Bennion, Annie Taylor and Jamie Miller have been promoted to associate partner, Jack Hussey and Alex Ashby have become associates, Harrison Berkhauer-Smith has been promoted to senior surveyor and Bella Spilsbury becomes people adviser.

Justin Tuckwell, managing partner of Rapleys, said: “Following a period of significant growth, it is essential that our divisions and teams are supported by strong leadership and structure. This enables us to maintain our focus on our people and our clients while continuing to grow through acquisitions, recruitment, and talent retention. Robert Clarke, senior partner, and I will focus on the business’s growth and operational priorities, while our experienced partners lead the divisions on a day-to-day basis.
